You can return most items within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original packaging.
A return authority form must be issued before goods are sent back.
This can be obtained by emailing sales@themetalcompany.co.nz or clicking Make My Return below.
Check your goods
Inspect your order and confirm the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Request an RA form
A Return Authority form must be issued before goods are sent back.
Arrange freight
Send your return with the Return Authority. We receipt goods on arrival and check requirements.
Credit issued
Once the return is completed, credit is issued back to your Trade Account.
