What Are Mini Ball Valves?
Mini ball valves are commonly used in domestic water services, heating & air-conditioning plants and compressed air systems.
Mini ball valves have a slimline design and butterfly style handle. This is beneficial in smaller sized process lines for saving space in condensed situations in comparison to standard 2pc or 3pc Ball Valves.
The Metal Company’s mini ball valves have a fully 316 stainless steel valve body, ball and stem, rather than a mix of stainless and nickel-plated or chrome-plated brass materials which are supplied elsewhere in the industry. They have an EPDM O-ring seal which can work with temperatures from -40°C up to 120°C.
We stock mini ball valves in 3 configurations, female-female, male-female and male-male with sizes ranging from ¼, ⅜ and ½” with a reduced port.
